Alberta on the Plate

Alberta on the Plate is a province- wide celebration of the incredible products grown and produced across our province. It is a ten-day dine around festival that highlights local restaurants and products, aiming to connect consumers to agriculture through local restaurants. This event takes place in August annually during Local Food Week. This year, the event will be held from August 12th to the 21st.  Participating restaurants offer multi-course, fixed price menus highlighting local producers, growers, distillers and brewers.

There are four downtown businesses participating; Italian Table, Mocha Cabana, Bourbon and Butter and the Telegraph. View the full list of participators here:

Alberta on the Plate takes place in partnership with Alberta Local Food Week, and wraps up the same weekend as Open Farm Days. This “closes the loop of the farm-to-table, it brings the same farm freshness to the plate all across Alberta”
